CARAMEL CUSTARD PUDDING

TODAY!! we are going to make "CARAMEL CUSTARD PUDDING" sounds delicious right??

Caramel Custard Pudding is a custard dessert with a layer of clear caramel sauce, contrasted with crème brûlée which is custard with a hard caramel layer on top.

Caramel Custard Pudding is a delicious desert which was first made in 'FRANCE'

INGREDIENTS you require to make the Dessert are as follows:-


1. Sugar

2. Milk

3. Bread

4. Custard Powder


DIRECTIONS :-


1. First take a nonstick pan add 1/4th cup of sugar in it, heat it & wait until it get caremalised then immediatelly transfer the caremalised sugar into a 6 inch pan,

spread it evenly and keep it aside.

2. Take 6 slices of bread, remove the edges & cut the bread into small chunks, grind it well.

3. Take a saucepan pour 1 & 1/2 cup of milk in it,on a medium flame until one boil comes 

4. Add 1/2 cup of sugar in the milk bring it a boil

5. Take a cup add 4tbsp of custard powder & add 1/2 cup of water into it mx it well cook until it gets thick.

6. Add that mix into the saucepan containing milk, stir it nicely so that no lumps comes in that mixture.

7. Add the bread crumps slowly into the mixture, keep stiring it.

8. Add the mix into the 6 inch pan, tap it nicely even the top with the help of the spoon & cover it with foil paper.

9. Take a pan add 1 & 1/2 cup of water into it, put a stand in the pan & keep the 6 inch pan on it,

10.Cover it with lid, steam it for 20-30 mins on a medium flame.... bring it into a room temperature then keep it aside in the fridge for 2 hrs atlest.

11.Take that ot of the pan, cut into a slice & enjoy your pudding
