What is mango shake ?

Peel the mangoes off cut it into slices make a puree of mangoes add sugar and milk into it with mango ice cream & some cashews to garnish it 

Mango shake is healthy?

Each serve of glass gives An excellent source of vitamins A, B2, B6, B12, C and D, calcium, iodine, phosphorous and potassium, and a good source of fiber, folate, magnesium, manganese and selenium in it


Ingredients you require to make Mango Shake 

1. Mangoes

2. Milk

3. Mango ice cream

4. Sugar

5. Dry fruits 

Directions are as follows:

Step 1. peel the 2mangoes off cut into slices add it into a blender add 2 tbsp of sugar blend it well

Step 2. Add 1 cup of milk & 2 scopes of mango ice cream into it blend it well 

Step 3. Pour it into a serving glass, garnish it with cashews, cherries & almonds 

yeppie your shake is readyyyy............!!!!!
